RICS Commercial Property Market Survey, 2011 (Q3)

The latest RICS UK Commercial Market Survey shows that tenant demand retreated over the quarter which, coupled with rising available space, is resulting in a more negative view on rental expectations. RICS Commercial Property Market Survey, 2011 (Q1)

Office space in London continued to outperform all other sectors and regions of the UK’s commercial property market during the first three months of 2011, according to the latest RICS UK Commercial Market Survey. It suggests that unwillingness by banks to lend at competitive rates is continuing to discourage investors, reflected in a depressed market in secondary property. Read the full Report here.
