Andrew Bastin FRICS
Director
Previously with the Estates Division of Norwich Union (now Aviva), and thereafter as Portfolio Manager of property investment company Inoco plc, Andrew has been actively involved in the acquisition, management and disposal of UK-wide commercial property for over 30 years. In 1998, he was invited to create a dedicated commercial property team for Norwich-based surveying practice, Watsons, later joining the partnership. Andrew specialises in strategic property solutions for business, property investment advice, and the acquisition and disposal of commercial property.

Ben Steward MRICS
Director
Born in Norwich and educated at Norwich School, Ben qualified with Savills in Land Agency, before transferring to their commercial property team in 1999. He joined AIM-listed property company Property Recycling Group in 2005 as Property Director, and then Watsons in Norwich as partner, later Managing Partner, in 2007. Ben is a specialist in bringing forward development opportunities for clients, supplementing his proactive commercial property acquisition and disposal skills.
