In the biggest single office letting in Norwich since 2008, we have acquired a 23,000 sq ft building in the centre of Norwich on behalf of Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The building has been refurbished to achieve a BREEAM "very good" rating, and our acquisition of a 25-year Lease acknowledges the Trust's commitment to its purpose, its staff, and its environmental obligations on terms fully reflective of a difficult office letting market.
